RARE India is gearing up for the 8th edition of its highly anticipated sustainability-focused travel conference, BRIDGES for Conscious Travel 2025, set to take place from April 3 to 5 at The Roseate, New Delhi. This year’s event promises a more intense focus on slow, sustainable, and community-driven travel, positioning it as a key player in India’s responsible tourism landscape.

As India’s first travel conference committed to NettZero goals, BRIDGES for Conscious Travel 2025 integrates carbon accounting, mitigation, and offset strategies. Attendees and exhibitors will take active roles in reducing the event’s environmental impact. The conference’s intimate and tech-driven format will feature an exclusive app designed by Cvent, enabling delegates to connect seamlessly. Hoteliers, travel designers, conservationists, and storytellers will come together, united in their commitment to community development, conservation, and sustainable destination management.

The conference will feature over 50 boutique, owner-run properties and experiences, including heritage hotels, wildlife lodges, and wellness retreats from India and Nepal. This international showcase will attract trade visitors and buyers from key countries, including India, the US, UK, France, Israel, South Africa, and Switzerland, creating valuable opportunities for cross-border engagement in the sustainable travel sector.

A highlight of this year’s event is the enhanced digital experience. The new app will streamline event design, registration, and scheduling, making it easier than ever to network with hoteliers and experience curators. It’s a step forward in integrating technology to support conscious travel practices.

Among the exhibitors, Devyani Bhatnagar from Jaipur’s Hotel Laalee shared their excitement: Our partnership with RARE India reflects our dedication to sustainable luxury and conscious hospitality. At BRIDGES, we are eager to present Hotel Laalee’s blend of handcrafted design, cultural storytelling, and immersive experiences. It’s a great platform to connect with like-minded professionals and discuss the future of boutique, mindful travel.

As a pioneer in promoting sustainable luxury, RARE India has led the charge in transforming how the travel industry approaches conscious tourism. With successful events dating back to 2017, including an online version during the pandemic, BRIDGES continues to evolve. The 2025 edition aims to deepen industry-wide dialogues on sustainability and inspire a new wave of experiential travel that prioritizes people, planet, and purpose.

BRIDGES for Conscious Travel 2025 is set to become a milestone event, marking a defining moment in India’s commitment to shaping a sustainable travel future.
