UnTours Foundation uye Tourism Cares inotangisa iyo Meaningful Travel Fund, ichipa simba mabhizinesi anofambiswa nezvinangwa pasi rose kuumba ramangwana rekufamba kwakasimba.

Tourism Cares, a non-profit organization committed to promoting sustainability in the tourism sector, has teamed up with the UnTours Foundation, the impact investment branch of UnTours – the world’s first Certified B Corporation – to establish the Meaningful Travel Fund. This groundbreaking initiative aims to offer affordable funding to small, purpose-driven tourism businesses globally, enabling them to enhance sustainability, engage with communities, and preserve cultural heritage, all while driving long-term, positive change.

The Meaningful Travel Fund will tap into the UnTours Foundation’s Reset Tourism Fund, benefiting businesses listed on Tourism Cares’ Meaningful Travel Map or those meeting similar criteria, including a proven financial track record and readiness for investment. The Meaningful Travel Map serves as a dynamic digital platform showcasing community-focused, sustainable tourism businesses globally, helping travel professionals curate itineraries that prioritize social and environmental impact.

Through this collaboration, Tourism Cares and the UnTours Foundation aim to secure philanthropic funding to build a sustainable pool of investment capital. This fund will continue to support businesses featured on the Meaningful Travel Map, ensuring ongoing investment and community impact for years to come. In addition to financial support, these organizations will provide vital capacity-building resources and mentorship to help enterprises scale their operations and expand their positive influence on local communities.
