In my new role, the key focus will be to drive integrated commercial growth while strengthening Conrad Pune’s position as a beacon of contemporary luxury hospitality. Our key goal is to expand our share in strategic high-value segments, leverage creative selling strategies, and to enhance relationships with stakeholders and partners. I am also committed to building a data-informed result-oriented culture across teams to drive scalable & sustainable performance.

With your diverse experience across leading hotel brands, how will you tailor your strategy to Conrad Pune’s unique luxury positioning?

Conrad Pune is a symbol of contemporary luxury, where sophisticated modernity seamlessly intertwines with the rich cultural tapestry of the city. With my experience across some of the world’s most iconic hotel brands, my approach is to bring a fresh yet deeply informed perspective that complements Conrad’s legacy of intuitive service, sophisticated design, and locally inspired experiences.

In the early phase of my tenure, my focus is on understanding the evolving needs of today’s Bleisure traveller—guests who seamlessly blend business with leisure. This segment seeks flexibility, personalized service, and immersive experiences and I believe Conrad Pune is perfectly poised to become their preferred destination.

My strategy will be rooted in three key areas: hyper-personalized guest journeys, innovative revenue streams driven by lifestyle and experience-based offerings, and deeper brand storytelling that connects emotionally with our audience. From our award-winning dining venues to immersive local experiences and wellness-led stays, every touchpoint will be crafted to elevate guest engagement and commercial performance.

Ultimately, I aim to build on the strengths of the Conrad brand—while reimagining them for the aspirations of the modern luxury traveller. It’s about creating not just stays, but moments that linger.

How do you plan to expand Conrad Pune’s market footprint and attract the next generation of luxury travellers?

Along with luxury and comfort, today’s traveller seeks immersive experiences, authenticity, discovery, and connection. To better appeal the upcoming target segment, we have been curating experiential offerings like dinners, events and more that resonate with the essence of the city while also reflecting our brand narrative. The Art of Experiential Dining is a perfect example of embracing culture and storytelling through the medium of food and design. Besides this initiative, we are also exploring other initiatives like strategic alliances, leveraging digital media, and engaging a young, experience-seeking audience through Hilton Honors Loyalty Program.

We’re focused on creating experiences that go beyond the expected, turning every touchpoint into an opportunity for both engagement and revenue.
